The "Artfully American Series"



Are you just mad about cheese or do you know someone who is? Pastoral travels all over this beautiful country to find the small production delights that represent the best of American Artisan Cheese. Join our “Artfully American” series of cheeses, for 3, 6 or 9 months* and share in the fun! These “Artfully American” Cheeses will be hand-selected from the season’s best by Pastoral’s resident Fromager, Cesar Olivares. Pastoral selects only the very best!

Monthly shipments include two delicious American hand-crafted cheeses, totaling approximately one pound, as well as an insightful & instructive narrative describing your cheeses, who makes them, and what distinguishes them from the thousands of other cheeses out there.

Did you know some of the world’s greatest hand-crafted, award-winning cheeses are made in states like Louisiana? Idaho? Virginia? Michigan? You will if you join us for the “Artfully American Series”!

For all new memberships, the recipient will be sent a Welcome Card shortly after the order is placed. This will let them know about their upcoming shipments and the thoughtful gift you have given them!

New member shipments will start on the next calendar month when the order is placed. So, if you join in January, your first shipment will be with the February program.

Shipments are sent out to club members on the second week of every month via either FedEx Ground Home or Express Delivery. Local Delivery or In-Store Pick-ups are also available, and require special arrangements be made prior to each delivery or pick-up.

NOTE: If the recipient lives in a warmer part of the country (i.e. Southern CA, FL, AZ, NM, TX, etc.), or a region that takes longer than three days to ship by FedEx Ground, it is REQUIRED that all packages are delivered via FedEx 2-Day or Overnight Delivery. Pastoral does its best to ensure that cheeses are boxed properly with sufficient cold packs, but going Ground to FL in hot weather can make for an unpleasant delivery. Please call the store if you have any doubt about the proper delivery method needed for your destination.

*Please Note: Pastoral takes a break during the warmest months of summer (June, July and August) to ensure that cheeses arrive in optimal condition, and thus, optimal enjoyment.
