Pushed 8 hours I’m trying to get to you as fast as possible. You’re calling my name but first I must stop to pick you up. Hoping that the train can get me to you as quickly as possible and back home so that we can be alone with maybe a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a side of bread and meats.

I retrieve you and we’re sitting together, almost holding hands. Some people can’t tell we’re lovers, they think we’re just friends. Some might not know that it was love at first sight; a mutual friend introduced us a while ago and it’s been a beautiful courtship since.

I smell your lovely smells...what did you have some asparagus? You smell so dark and musky reminds me of roasted veggies, an acquired smell some might say. It doesn’t matter because I love it anyway.

I can’t help myself; you keep whispering sweet things in my ear. I had to nibble on you just to give you a try. I realized I’m being naughty because the old lady next to us is giving me a foul look. I tell her it’s not me, "I’m sorry ma’am it’s only the cheese."

“Who would eat such a cheese like that?” is her reply, if only she knew how many people loved you so but tonight it’s just you and I.

So I wrap you back up my dear Grayson and I wait patiently until I get home where I and all your lovely stinkiness can be alone sitting by candlelight with our wine, bread and meats.
