Pastoral’s freshly baked bread is of world class quality, but it is made right up the road in Evanston, IL at Bennison’s Bakery.

Bennison’s has been crafting high quality breads and pastries since 1938. Doing things “the old fashioned way” has secured their success and longevity in the Chicago community and we are proud to carry their well-renowned products. Master Baker, Jory Downer, is the gold medal winner from the 2005 Coupe de Monde de la Boulangerie, the highest award given in the baking industry. He works with Pastoral’s team to devise baguettes and other specialty breads to our specification and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
