Classes at Pastoral are a fun, informative yet approachable way to broaden your horizons on cheese, wine, beer and the foods that love them! Graduate from Cheese 101 in one evening, explore your true grape preference in our Blind Tasting Challenge, or discover a revelatory wine and cheese pairing from Portugal at our shop floor-turned-classroom.

We welcome novices, experts and everyone in between to join in on the discussion as our resident experts share their artisan products and the insightful stories behind them. We’re looking forward to exploring new themes and welcoming new expert staff as teachers in our Spring 2012 series!

Pastoral hosts classes at our locations in Lakeview on Tuesdays and in the Loop on Saturdays . They run for approximately 90 minutes and range in price. Pupils are extended a 15% discount that can be used within one week of attendance.
