Come taste through some of the finest Wisconsin Cheeses alongside some local beers and spirits that love them. Goose Island Brewery and Death's Door Spirits will be paired up with fantastic artisan cheese from our neighbors to the north.

Celebrate the first annual American Cheese Month, created by the American Cheese Society and Pastoral's Wisconsin Cheese Week. Proceeds from this event will benefit the American Cheese Education Foundation's Scholarship Fund.

The American Cheese Society created the first ever American Cheese Month and is a sister organization to the American Cheese Education Foundation, which works to further educational opportunities for all those interested in producing, marketing, selling, and appreciating North America’s artisan, farmstead, and specialty cheeses.
